Yes! You can refer as many practitioners as you’d like. There’s currently no limit on the credits you can earn.

Do credits expire?

No, credits do not expire. They’ll remain in your account until used toward your subscription.

How soon do I receive credits after referring someone?

Credits are automatically issued 31 days after your referred friend’s first payment, once they’ve met the qualifying conditions.

Can I cash out my credits instead of using them on my subscription?

No, credits are non-cash rewards and can only be applied toward your Practice Better subscription.

What happens if my referral cancels their plan?

The referral reward won’t be issued if they cancel during their first 31 days as a paying customer.

Does my referred friend also receive credits?

Yes! When they become a paying customer, both you and your referred friend receive credits.

Do higher-tier plans give higher rewards?

Yes. The credits scale based on the plan your referred friend chooses—bigger plans mean bigger rewards.

My referral signed up but didn’t use my link. Can I still receive credits?

No. To ensure proper tracking, referrals must sign up using your unique referral link.

I have a PartnerStack account from the old referral program. What should I do now?

You can still log in to your PartnerStack account to view historical referral data and metrics. However, you no longer need to use PartnerStack to retrieve your referral link—everything is now built directly into your Practice Better account under Refer & Earn.

Can I combine credits from multiple referrals?

Yes! All earned credits stack and will be applied automatically to your next subscription payments until they are used up.

What happens if my subscription cost is less than my credits?

If your credits exceed your subscription payment for the month, the remaining balance will roll over to future payments until it’s used.

Can I enroll in this program if I am a free user on the Sprout plan?

No, the Customer Advocate referral program is only available to Practice Better customers on paid plans.

Can I still refer people to the free plan?

Credits will only be issued to people whose referrals sign up for paid plans.

What if my referral and I are on the Starter Annual plan?

Credits will still be issued to eligible parties and will be applied to the next annual subscription invoice
